Egg in the Hole!

I found this idea in a Rachel Ray magazine.  This is my new favorite breakfast – just because it’s so easy and satisfying!  Make a hole in your sliced bread using a cookie cutter, butter up and brown in a frying pan and cook you’re egg in the middle.  You’ll especially love it if you like runny eggs like I do!  If not, try scrambling it before pouring it into your sliced bread 🙂
