Moon Drop Pearl Earrings
I just made these earrings last night and I’m inspired to call them Moon Drops because of something I had read in a book about pearls. The ancient Greek believed that pearls were dew from the moon that fell into the ocean which oysters collected. I just love how these pearls are shaped – as if they were drips of dew or tears. Find them in the shop soon!
Christmas Wreath Earrings
I affectionately call these my Christmas Wreath Earrings. So far in the three years that my handsome and I have had a house together we haven’t put up any Christmas decorations – firstly, because our place is so tiny we wouldn’t know where to put a Christmas tree and secondly, because we aren’t usually home for Christmas. But I am glad I can wear these earrings for the season… I feel it is Christmasy, but not overly so. Available in the shop soon!
